RefineTek RF-MFH-10 series helium gas purification system developed for air-conditioning industry using advanced polymer fiber membrane. The system is very friendly to users, and can purify helium gas to 99%, and recovery efficiency is extremely high (up to 99%) with little energy consumption. After deep communication with Samsung Electronics and drawing on the recommendations of Samsung Electronics, RefineTek optimized the system configuration and control system continuously, and greatly improved the processing power of the system, and achieved completely automatic control.
After more than one month of on-site operation and commissioning, the first batch of RF-MFH-10 series helium purification system was officially accepted by two air-conditioning manufacturing plants of Samsung Electronics. System Performance
Helium gas recovery and purification system developed for the air conditioning industry has a quite high helium recovery rate of more than 95%. The specific performance is as follows:
1. Inlet feed gas condition
Helium flow: 1~5 Nm3/h, adjustable
Purity of helium: 85% to 95%
Pressure of helium: approx. 15 Barg, adjustable
The dry bulb temperature: room temperature
Deuterium dew point: room temperature
2. Export product gas condition
Purified helium flow: adjustable
Purified helium purity: 95% to 99%
Purified helium pressure: approx. 1 Barg, adjustable
3. Export tail gas condition
Exhaust exhaust flow: adjustable
Discharged exhaust gas flow: 1% to 5%
Exhaust gas pressure: 1 to 15 Barg, adjustable
